Western and Central parts of Russia:

9:00 PM of Moscow time — 9570 kHz.

22:00 PM of Moscow time — 9,820 kHz.

Siberia and the Far East:

12:00 and 2:00 PM of Moscow time — 11870 kHz.

From 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM of Moscow time — 9655 kHz.
